Network Design and Implementation Engineer (Former Employee) – Bangalore, KA – 16 October 2013
Typical day starts with checking the request from the clients for designing a network and continue with the already started projects. It was more like a one man show and no one else was aware of what the other colleague's project is.
Most enjoyable part of the job was the recreation time .
The hardest part is to follow the process and to find the contacts for various sites as nothing was documented
Financial Systems (Former Employee) – Vancouver, BC – 12 November 2017
Corporate culture is deceiving. From the outside it looks productive, organised, inclusive and prestigious. However you are just a number. Culture is toxic, demeaning and repressive. Its who you know and how you can curry favour rather than skill, personal input and ideas. Add a powerful Crown Corp (BC Hydro) and Provincial government backed Union and you have a recipe for ineffectiveness, inefficiency and demoralizing culture.
