Abell Pest Control – Inside Sales Administrator (No cold calling required)
A unique administrative customer service role with an incentive!
Reporting to the Office Manager you are the first point of customer contact at the Abell Pest Control Vancouver (Delta) Office, handling inbound calls with the objective of securing the sale and scheduling the service.
This role combines administrative, customer service, employee interaction with warm sales from inbound client leads. No self-sourcing, no cold calling, you are a solutions provider for inquiring clients.

Responsible to answer incoming telephone calls; team assigned, phone shift rotation
Provides exceptional customer service through in bound call management for all service inquiries, commercial and residential
Create customer account records for all new service inquiries (Contact Database Management)
Ensures data entry work is completed and in flow with month end processes
Interacting with all Service Route Managers in BC Region
Schedules Route Managers and home services utilizing electronic scheduling and GPS positioning
Audits residential sales tickets for accuracy and compliance, completing sales process
Accounts Receivables: Deposit inbound funds: cheque deposit, electronic funds management
Electronic Document Management, Filing, Courier, Email, Fax, Mail Distribution for all customer correspondence
Team coordinated month end procedures
Fluent English; Written and verbal communication, interpersonal and support skills
Usage of IT related hardware and software, Dual Monitor Environment, VOIP Telephones
Strong customer service skills
Inside sales experience an asset, full training is provided
Exceptional organizational, coordinating skills and multitasking abilities
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Team player, work in admin group environment
