Business Development Coordinator
Responsible to support industrial sales efforts and increase sales overall. Works with staff to train and assist in creating industrial sales proposals. Complete responsibility for Canadian and US trade shows. Educating customers on specific services or products that will appeal to them. Works with all levels of staff to ensure completion of warm leads to sales.
Responsible for researching and distributing Tenders.
Supporting sales efforts by assisting with sales proposals and tenders.
Responsible for planning, managing and coordinating tradeshows across Canada and US. Some Tradeshow attendance would be required.
Provide customer training both in person and via webinars
Working with Branch-teams distributing, implementing and tracking sales initiatives.
Directly supporting commercial sales efforts.
Promote the company’s customer training focus to increase business with established and new customers via telephone and e-mail.
Skills and Experience
1 or more year experience in business to business sales or customer service
Fluent English written and verbal communication, interpersonal and support skills.
French is a strong asset.
Sales and/or customer service experience is an asset.
