About Us: We are a marketing company that creates home decor products. The position that we are hiring in this posing is for our Head Office/Warehouse located in Richmond, BC.

Job Description:
- Processing Key Account orders after they have been sent to the warehouse. Tasks include the following:

  • Picking and packing of Key Account Orders (with help of assistants)
  • Prepare Labels, ASN, and packing list via Web Portal and Excel spreadsheet
  • Repacking & Labeling as per Key Account’s specification (with help of assistants)
  • Create Commercial Invoice with Excel Template
  • Preparing and submitting shipment routing request
  • Prepare Small Parcel Shipments via courier shipping program (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Uploading Tracking numbers and invoices via Web Portal
  • Organize and maintain work Station

Qualification:
- Fluent in English
- Detail Oriented/Accuracy
- Works well in a Team environment
- Intermediate computer skills (Internet explorer, emails, MS Word)
- Intermediate Excel/Spreadsheet experience (Knowledge of V-lookup & Pivot Table is an asset.)
- Previous work experience in a warehouse environment
- Previous experience with a WMS (warehouse management system) is an asset
- Ability to operate a Forklift is an asset

Compensation: Starting: $13/hr. (Review on an annual basis)
Schedule: Regular Office Hours: Weekdays 7:30am – 4pm (30mins Lunch)
Duration: This is a Permanent Full-Time Position
