ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services requires Maintenance Clerk to keep records, payroll, purchasing and assist in the development and daily operation of the CMMS system. Individuals of such profile work under the guidance of the maintenance manager and are required to follow all standard operating procedures of work. The successful individual will be working in northern Alberta, on a rotation of three weeks in camp and one week out. The point of hire is Edmonton Alberta, transportation from Edmonton to the camp site will be provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspection and documentation of all systems and machinery.
Daily CMMS input and tracking.
Keeping a record of all the maintenance and service activities, which have been conducted throughout the facilities.
Filling order forms, sourcing and other documentations for the purchase of spare parts.
Complying with all corporate policies and the Occupational Safety and health administration rules while working.
Efficiently managing time, meeting deadlines and completing all tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
Coordinating work functions with fellow workers and other departments of the organization.
Skills and Specifications:
Extremely computer literate.
Able to learn and function within a CMMS system.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to efficiently work in a team and coordinate work with other departments.
Aptitude to take orders and execute the same efficiently.
Education and Qualifications:
High school diploma or a GED equivalent qualification institution.
Post-secondary education an asset.
