Reporting to the Owner of the company directly the successful candidate will deliver the following results with a true focus on providing the best customer experience for this rapidly growing organization.

Skills Required:
Ability to contact any past due customers to collect payment
Resolve to all incoming issues and inquiries via telephone
Ability to successfully navigate all administrative duties
Assist purchasing and consistently track purchase orders to ensure delivery
Assist President and VP of Sales in projects as required
Ability to assist company President with Miscellaneous task
Be able to handle any special projects with deadlines

Knowledge required
QuickBooks Accounting Software
Company based CRM
Office / Google Business Applications
Solid command of the English language Written/Oral
typing 60 wpm
