Summary of Duties:

The role of a Technical Consultant includes (but not limited to): engage with sales, and product development teams to help (a) develop accounts by finding an Esprida product fit for clients business needs, and (b) provide client needs to the product team to improve the product. The incumbent will provide senior level product presentations and demonstrations of Esprida LiveControl related products and solutions, qualifying accounts technically, delivering proof-of-concept, prepare prospects needs analysis and take part in RFP/RFI proposals. On custom development implementation projects, you will work with software development, quality assurance and project management teams to build and develop technical solutions.

Working closely with clients from inception through delivery to build and maintain strong customer relationships. As part of a team of experienced professionals, you implement solutions and deliver results. The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations
  • Analyze and document business requirements
  • Requirements Elicitation & requirements negotiation
  • Provide customer training on how to use the product
  • Facilitate high level planning including scope, costs, resources, timeframes, technical considerations, project management processes, and approaches.
  • Write technical sections of services proposals. Proposals are based on technical description and effort of the work performed; pricing and legal terms are handled by Sales team.
  • Attend marketing events from time to time (i.e. tradeshows)
  • Support project team with technical implementation and validate solution design.
  • Provide on-going support to customers after they receive the product with the assistance of customer support. Facilitate workshops for internal groups, including project reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Agile, creative, flexible individual who can address both business and technical needs
  • Proven ability to take the lead in uncharted territory
  • Demonstrated understanding of technical architecture/products
  • Someone who builds and maintains productive working relationships with business stakeholders and project sponsors through effective communication
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to mitigate risks with innovative solutions
  • Proven experience with one or more of industry standard software development methodologies such as Use cases, and Agile methods of software delivery

Hours of Work: 40
Rate of Pay: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00
