Job Description:

We are looking for an eager, driven and teachable individuals to be trained as a high performance Sales Consultant who will be groomed over time into an International Management Executive. A Franchise Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and ensuring high customer relationships with every applicant, as well as generating sales department revenue through the promotion and development of new franchise locations on a global basis.


  • Promote and open sale files of WSI Franchise Territories in an appropriate, professional and ethical manner with the highest regard to exemplary customer service
  • Prospect and qualify franchise applicants over the phone
  • Understanding of psychological profiling tests in order to qualify applicants
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with individuals and/or business owners on a global basis


  • Post secondary diploma/degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to negotiate and sell
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
  • The ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
  • Great computer skills particularly in the Microsoft ® suite of office products
  • Multiple languages is an asset but not a necessity

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours/week
Rate of Pay: $18,000/ year + bonuses and commissions and medical benefits
