A Junior CRM Administrator and Web Designer is required to support the customization, configuration and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM© 2011 as well as the development and execution of creative concepts for Web solutions for AllerGen NCE Inc. This is a non-supervisory, part-time contract position (up to a maximum of 24 hours/week).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Microsoft Dynamics CRM© 2011 Customization:
Updating and maintaining contacts, affiliates, and marketing lists to support new and existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM© 2011 functionality testing
Creating functional design documentation, building custom reports, supporting bulk data importing, and creating and maintaining function dashboards
Supporting CRM end-user training
Web Designing:
Creating and maintaining corporate website through iterative implementation cycles, implementing pages from creative concepts and mockups, and applying corporate visual identity to create innovative visual solutions
Enable website functionalities related to Microsoft SharePoint Team site to collaborate on documents, share information, hold discussions and other related activities
Requirements
College diploma in Computer Sciences, Computer System Technology or related field
One to two years of experience designing and maintaining Websites and one to two years of experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM© 2011.
Design portfolio experience, including Web design, content management, and new media writing
