Job Description Our Client located in Toronto is looking for a Bilingual HVAC Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to join their team!

Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to pre-order customer inquiries including product information and price quotations
Accurately, timely enters order specifications with applicable discounts into order processing system to generate order numbers. Establish due dates where applicable and other related shipping specifications as governed by corporate order processing policies and guidelines
Receives and investigates customer complaints and anticipates potential order processing problems and takes the appropriate steps to resolve customer complaints and problems
Provide recommendation for re-order and special order items
Keep management apprised of large order and impact on special processing requirements
Investigates shipping or quality concerns and if warranted initiates credit and replacement through the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process.
Follow-up and resolution of order acceptance, shipment hold and credit issues flagged by the system
Required Qualifications
Fluently bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken
High school graduate with three years of related customer service experience ideally in a high volume distribution environment
Strong interpersonal, customer service, leadership and communication skills
Good computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint;
Ability to multi-task in time sensitive work environment with shifting timelines and schedules
Good understanding of basic concepts of customer service and order processing
Familiarity with HVAC industry and products (an asset)
Attention to detail
Strong technical aptitude
Experience with ETerm Eclipse and/or Solar Eclipse accounting software (an asset)
