Qualification
Strong knowledge in the area of administrative and general office task
Accounting function knowledge
Computer software skills

Duites and Responsibilities
Perform adminitrative task
Monitor e-mail transaction from both suppliers and customers
Implement import and export order status and confirmation
Maintain accurate, up to date, comprehensive and confidential files and records
Responsible on payroll account and bank transaction
Manage purchase, sales, inventory and commission
Enter data, sales and purchase order
Handle calls of customer’s inquiry and order
