Administrative support for an office in West Toronto. General office duties including preparing and distributing all necessary correspondence to trades, the Project Management Team, Site staff and Supervisory staff. Assist in the coordination and tracking of deliveries, purchase orders, site instructions and drawings for the site. Filing, interoffice memos, expense tracking and other duties as required. Arranging all site meetings and taking and distributing minutes. Prepare monthly progress reports. . Act as a liaison to the site for consultants, contractors, trades.
Excellent command of Excel, Word, Outlook is required. Must be well organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good phone manner. MS Projects would be an asset.
