Administrative support for a construction office in West Toronto. General office duties including preparing and distributing all necessary correspondence. Assist in the coordination and tracking of deliveries, purchase orders, site instructions and drawings for the site. Filing, interoffice memos, expense tracking and other duties as required. Arranging all site meetings and taking and distributing minutes. Prepare monthly progress reports.
Excellent command of Excel, Word, Outlook is required. Must be well organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good phone manner. MS Projects and graphics /marketing experience would be an asset.
