- Answering phones and directing phone calls
- Greeting clients and customers
- Receiving, sorting and distributing mail
- Filing, data entry and creating Word documents
- Booking meetings and appointments
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Candidates must possess strong computer skills, and be proficient in using MS Office.
