Inside sales- Freight Forwarding

Qualify sales leads and develop potential customers Manage targets, generate sales leads, co-ordinate Evaluate and identify business opportunities and follow-up with sales representatives or customers Support sales representatives to evaluate opportunities and assist with appropriate rate quotes Provide regular status reports and measurements on calls and results New account setup and implementation Assist sales with the setup of SOPs for new accounts Provide on-going customer service for existing accounts Analyze RFQ requirements for response packages

Minimum 2 years industry experience, with comprehensive knowledge of
logistics/business operations and procedures Strong sales background, sales-oriented including demonstrated ability to initiate telephone cold calls and follow-up effectively to close business Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong service ethic, professional telephone manner Excellent interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with other departments Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize tasks and assignments, to multi-task Strong problem solving , process improvement, and conflict-resolution skills - demonstrated ability and experience Self-motivated with the ability to work well under pressure Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, and Power Point
