Overview of Responsibilities: The Business Analyst plays a key role in transitioning Key Accounts from Sales to Operations Detailed Responsibilities: - Coordinate with both Sales and Operations to ensure account is appropriately on-boarded - Analyze on-boarding process; develop metrics and analysis tools to aid in tracking and process imiprovements - Create on-boarding documentation working with stakeholders to review/approve documentation - Provide analytical support to assist Operations in troubleshooting account issues - Proactively create analytical tools, dashboards, metrics - utilize tools to report status and determine process improvements Qualifications: -Bachelors/Masters degree in Transportation and Logistics or equivalent technical degree - Strong business acumen - Solid understanding of Supply Chain Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry Contact: If you are interested in this position and meet the qualifications, please attach your resume to this posting.
