Job Description :
We offer our clients 24/7 Help Desk Support, including :
- Software training and implementation (WinX based and proprietary);
- Business process consulting and implementation;
- Product testing and documentation;
- After-hours on-call support rotation;
- Some on the road work is required;
- Model and map processes in use at client's offices, making recommendations to optimize client business processes;
- Give training on software/solution use to group of business users
- Help with project start-up and assist with release;
- Provide customer service, training internal and external clients; prepare instructional documents for training;
- Follow up on implementations and draft reports;
- Carry out all other tasks associated with the position and requested by superior.
Qualifications and/or assets:
- General knowledge of financial management and accounting principles - Experience in retail business management;
- Familiarity with store operations such as inventory control and back office procedures;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Training and/or teaching experience;
