Small Investment Industry related start-up looking for ambituous, detailed oriented, concientuous, dedicated, hard working, self-starter executive assistant / sales administrator / personal assistant. Opportunity could morph into more responsibility as the situation advances. Pay is competitive with upside potential, depending on success and performance. Ideal candidate has background beyond pure secretarial, perhaps in financial sales or services, or investment industry. Strong proficiency with PC and standard MS Office (Outlook, PPT, Excel, Internet). Position requires a results orientated individual. Likely canditate ideally bilingual with university degree and probably in 25-35 year range with minimun of 2 years experience, although no hard and fast rules. Above all seeking the right personality and abilities. Only serious candidates should apply. Pay structure would be a fair base with above average bonus potential. Although expected to be mostly predicatble business hours, the correct candidate will be primarily focused on getting the job done and succeeding in the position, with the hope of advancement.
