Office Assistant /Customer Service Rep.

We are currently looking for an office assistant / customer service rep. to start right away and to work weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The right candidate will be reporting directly to the office manager and working within an ambitious team of professionals dedicated to growing our company.

The main accountabilities will be client care.

Answering the telephone using a script with our clients
Accurately entering all client account information
Setting up jobs and coordinating with our office manager for dispatching
Filing and keeping records meticulously organized
Invoicing clients
Applying for permits
Making outbound warm calls
Any other office assistant related task as needed.

The right candidate will be energetic and upbeat with strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent analytical and problem solving skills, and be extremely organized. They will have at least 3 years of customer service experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
