Customer Service Rep. / Office Assistant - Scarborough Office
Our small Scarborough office is currently looking for an office assistant / customer service rep. to start right away and to work weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The right candidate will be reporting directly to the office manager and working within an ambitious team of professionals dedicated to growing our company.
The main accountabilities will be client care.
Answering the telephone using a script with our clients
Accurately entering all client account information
Setting up jobs and coordinating with our office manager for dispatching
Generating professional invoices with accurate information on them
Use Microsoft Outlook to correspond with clients and business associates
Use Microsoft Word to create creative and professional documents – contracts and correspondence.
Use Microsoft Excel to generate accurate reports and present them to management
Enter all job-cost information
Applying for permits and follow-up on them to assure completion
Managing and processing all documents related to clients
Filing and keeping records meticulously organized
Making outbound warm calls
Any other office related task as needed.
The right candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, energetic and upbeat with strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent analytical and problem solving skills, and be extremely organized. They will have at least 3 years of customer service experience.
