Part-Time, Customer Service Rep. / Accounts Payable Clerk,

We are currently looking for a part-time customer service rep. /accounts payable clerk. The right candidate will be reporting directly to the office manager and working within an ambitious team of professionals dedicated to growing our electrical company. Your main accountabilities will include client care, accounts payable and vendor relations.
Answering the telephone using a script with our clients
Accurately entering all client account information
Setting up jobs and coordinating with our office manager for dispatching
All accounts payable duties for company including processing employee expenses
Filing and keeping records meticulously organized
Reporting weekly and monthly to General Manager


The right candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent analytical and problem solving skills, and be extremely organized. They will have at least 3 years of customer service and bookkeeping experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office. In addition, they will be able to effectively oversee all aspects of vendor relations.
