Job Description – Receptionist
Working Title: Receptionist
Department: Corporate Services
Division, Branch/Unit: Corporate Services
Reports To: Director of Corporate Services
Levels to Executive Director (E.D.): 6
This position greets visitors, operates the company switch board directing calls to appropriate staff, orders office stationary supplies, prepares mail outs and organizes mail for appropriate departments.
Responsibilities and Activities
Answer phones and direct to correct departments
Organize mail outs to members and suppliers
Managing meeting room and vehicle bookings
The position will also provide administrative support to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
This position works closely with accounting staff.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Postition requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office
