We are looking for We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our fast-paced customer service department. With possibility of advancing.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate with customers via phone and email.
Process quotes in a fast-paced environment.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our services.
Help customers navigate our website and place quotes online.
Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs.
Work with customers to resolve shipping inquiries and order status questions.
(Training Provided)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years customer service experience preferred.
Completion of high school; Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training.
Strong computer skills, and with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-focused problem solver with the ability to recognize and resolve issues.
The ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Dependable, self-starter with the ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written skills (Bilingualism is a bonus)

MANDITORY REQUIREMENTS:
Criminal record check

WHAT THE HOURS ARE:
Full Time
Monday – Friday
9am – 5pm
37 ½ hours a week, with 30 min lunch

WHAT IS THE PAY?
$11.00 per hour
