The Boathouse Restaurant specializes in SEAFOOD — world class, fresh seafood, hand selected by our team of chefs with only the highest quality making it onto the plate. The oceans best is complimented with the highest quality steaks — CERTIFIED ANGUS BEEF, premium cuts aged 35 days, then grilled to perfection. Boathouse offers an extensive wine list with the best and largest selection of BC VQA wines, as well as wines from around the world.
To produce all assigned menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications, recipes and techniques in a high volume environment.
