We are looking for a Full Time Accounts Payable Clerk at our office in Edmonton. The position includes such tasks as payables; reconciliation and file updates.

Main Duties:

• Match incoming invoices
• Reconcile and approve invoices
• Bank reconciliation
• Deal with vendors
• Filing
• Assist with Collections
• To perform any other assigned tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Entry Level Position
• Experience with Great Plains Accounts Payable software is an asset
• Knowledge in Excel is preferred
• Accounts Payable experience
• Attention to Detail & Organized
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
• Data Entry/Typing
• 2 Year Accounting Diploma course
