A&A Pharmachem Inc. is one of Canada's leading distributors of Pharmaceutical, Over the Counter, Nutraceutical and Sports Nutrition Ingredients, supplying critical products and providing technical support to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical product manufacturers and marketers in Canada.

Salary will be 40-45k per year

Job functions include:

  • Processing full-cycle accounts payables;
  • Performing accounts receivables duties;
  • Issuing customer invoices, processing cash receipts, and bank deposits;
  • Dealing with inquires from vendors, customers and co-workers;
  • Verifying invoice payments and direct deposits;
  • Assisting the Accounting Manager in miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • College/University diploma in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Must have minimum 2-3 years experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable and General bookkeeping duties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Accounting packages.
  • Strong organization, detail-orientation and client-focused skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills.

Must be able to start work on - January 15th
