The main and most important part of this role will be providing outstanding customer service to visitors to the clinic; you are the first point of contact and first impressions are everything! This role will include reception duties, transferring calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, as well as other administrative / office duties (filing, data entry, photocopying etc.)

The ideal candidate MUST have outstanding customer services skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have previous medical receptionist experience and able to start with very little notice. You show initiative in your work and can work well independently and with minimal supervision. Working knowledge of medical office software is an asset.

Starting rate $11.00 +
