What you will achieve in this role.
Establish and maintain exceptional relationships with customer through clear and concise communication and top-notch customer service.
Support day-to-day studio operation to ensure flawless and pleasant experience for our customers.
Learn about our programs to become comfortable in responding to client’s inquiries and make recommendations for age appropriate classes
Ensure cleanliness of the studio is kept up
Maintain teacher and students scheduling
Software management and annual event planning
What you bring to this role
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in customer service / office administration role
Relate well to young children and parents alike with “can-do”, upbeat attitude
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Superior customer service skills
Burning desire to learn new things
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable to follow-up with prospects or clients to advertise promotions and communicate information about new sessions
Must be able to multi-task and keep track of a multitude of tasks
Have a high level of comfort with computer software
Have a sense of humour
We offer flexible hours and the atmosphere is fun yet focused and busy.
You must be available to work weekends and some evenings
For the right person, training will be provided and the job description will be tailored to suit their skills.
This position does not involve teaching.
This part-time position is approximately 15-20 hours per week with a strong possibility to convert to a full-time.
