4plan requires a 2 Change Management Consultants for immediate contract opportunity with our Federal Government Client. The Alternate Forms of Delivery Sector (AFDS) of the Real Property Branch (RPB) requires support in Change Management to ensure a seamless transition toward the Corporate Real Estate model. This shift requires the development of change management strategies, plans, products and tools necessary to manage organizational and business processes change and engage AFDS, the RPB community, PWGSC and Other Canadian Government Departments in the identification, development and adoption of future Real Property Services Management contract mechanisms..
Project duration: To September 30, 2014 with 3 years extension option

Position 1: Change Management Consultant - Level 3 (Change Management Focused)
- M2 10 years of direct experience in the development of change management strategies and plans related to large-scale transformation initiatives and related business processes, including associated communications, training and risk elements.
- M3 3 years of experience providing change management services in real estate or real property transformation initiative within a Canadian business environment.
Position 2: Change Management Consultant – Level 3 (Communications Focused)
- M4 10 years of experience involved in ALL of the following activities:
o a) the design, development and implementation of communication strategies and plans related to client or stakeholders engagement;
o b) the design, development and delivery or deployment of communications products and tools.
- M5 10 years of experience working on large-scale business transformation initiatives for the Canadian public or private sector.
