Office Assistant

4D Retail Technology Corp. has an exciting opportunity for an eager, self-motivated Jr. Office Assistant!

Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, schedule appointments and conference calls. Review and update outstanding tasks.
- Run errands, execute tasks, and follow up with unfinished assignments.
- Plan and arrange for travel and trade shows.
- Basic human resources tasks.
- Perform general office duties: filing, shipping, purchasing supplies, and creating documents

Requirements:
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent memory, ability to prioritize and multitask
- Punctuality, professional demeanour and extremely organized
- Able to work well under extreme pressure with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication & time management skills
- Applicant will be required to sign and confidentiality agreement

Rate: $14-16/hr
