Our client is looking for a Licensing Manager that will be key in growing revenue from their top clients and contribute to the development of a dedicated world class-licensing department.

Grow revenue by leveraging existing customers and incoming licensing opportunities for our library through offline and online marketing and sales efforts.
Foster relationships with broadcast and media outlets to fulfill large-scale music licensing needs.
Negotiate and broker licensing contracts.
Create law-binding contracts and license documents.
Address and develop the structure for future licensing outlets and opportunities.
Represent the PremiumBeat.com library in selected trade shows and conferences.
Stay educated on the trends and developments in licensing and the music business.
Own the customer relationship and deliver 100% customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with all team members and maintain a high level of excellence at all levels.
5+ years professional work experience.
Proven 2+ years music industry experience, whether at a production studio, a collective representative society, a broadcast station or a music label.
Experience in with dealing with music contracts related to copyright in the US, Canada or the UK.
Sales and business development experience highly preferred. Must be able to develop multiple leads and initiatives simultaneously.
Must be an ace at customer service interaction and customer relations. The ideal candidate would be committed to developing successful relationships with our most valued customers.
Previous team management is a valued asset.
Some knowledge of growing successful online businesses a plus (familiarity with online CRM applications, web analytics, basic understanding of web technologies like HTML, etc).
Must be able to adapt rapidly to new technology and work in a fast paced environment.
Must be a native English speaker or perfectly bilingual. An additional language like French, Spanish or German is a plus. Must have strong English writing skills.
