Partnering with a large Global Client to establish a strong understanding of their hiring requirements.
Establishing relationships in both Canada and the United States.
Sourcing and screening potential Engineering candidates for contract, contract-to- hire and permanent openings with our clients.
Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified region.
Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on company process.
Negotiate with candidates, extend offers, negotiate compensation, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.
Responsible for increasing number of qualified applicants in database.
Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond to Q2 Management via phone, email or web.
Maintain working contractors, including tracking personal starts and upcoming finishes.
Refer job order leads and hiring manager names to Sales Team.
A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
Experience working with Automotive clients, processes and environment is an asset.
Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships built on honesty and integrity.
Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
Excellent base salary plus bonus
Minimal travel required
