Downtown Management Company has an opening for mature part time Receptionist/Bookkeeper, to start as soon as possible. 18-25 hours per week. Rate $18.00 - $22.00 per depending upon experience.

Duties include:
-Answering phone calls and ensuring follow ups
- General Emails
- Monthly Account Receiveables
- Preparing Bank Deposits
- Photocopying/general office duties

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Proficient in Word, Excel, book-keeping software (QB would be considered an asset)
- Typing speed 60wpm+

The ideal candidate will have several years of office experience, dealing with the general public, and present a professional image for the front office. Must be proficient in English language, be bond-able and be willing to undergo a criminal background check.
