We are seeking a talented technical Project Manager to join our team and help us continue to drive our growth.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects within PaymentEvolution's software development team. This will involve working closely with the development team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also work closely with other departments within the company to ensure that projects are aligned with overall company objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage software development projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Work closely with the development team to identify project risks and to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders and management.
  • Work closely with other departments within the company to ensure that projects are aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate project processes and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree or related certification.
  • 4-6 years of experience in an IT company.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience managing software development projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Familiar with automation tools including agents (be ready to showcase your recent experience)
