You will…
- Provide technical support and analysis to business and IT stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to infrastructure, applications, and enterprise services
- Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Exchange environments, and related technologies
- Analyze incidents and problems, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions
- Participate in IT and business projects, supporting system implementations and enhancements
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation, including incident records, technical procedures, and system changes
- Create and track metrics to support problem identification, capacity planning, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver effective service outcomes
- Ensure adherence to IT governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements
- Provide rotating after-hours on-call support and weekend coverage as required
What we are looking for…
- Minimum of 2 years experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, platforms, and business applications in a mid-sized or large organization
- Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Windows Server environments and Active Directory
- Microsoft 365 / Exchange administration
- Incident and problem management processes
- System monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Change management and access management
- Experience supporting infrastructure and application environments in a production setting
- Familiarity with scripting/automation, SQL, cloud services, and IT service management tools is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
