Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. This role is essential for supporting various operational tasks across our site, ensuring smooth workflow and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Duties

  • Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
  • Perform general site cleanup and maintain a tidy work area
  • Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as needed
  • Transport supplies and tools to designated locations within the site
  • Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
  • Help in setting up workstations or staging areas for ongoing projects
  • Perform routine manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and moving heavy objects

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar manual labor roles is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when necessary
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
