Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting difficult site situations.
  • Assessing any pricing change orders.
  • Creating and updating project schedules and milestones.
  • Working with the Health & Safety Manager to implement new policies as needed and consulting on safety issues on sites.
  • Procuring project materials and consulting on supplier pricing, quality, and service levels.
  • Ensuring that Summit Cladding systems has the manpower and equipment it needs to successfully meet the demands of the workload.
  • Sourcing subcontractors and allocating work to them should it be required.
  • Ensuring the milestones of each project are successfully met.
  • Analyzing back end costs and offering relevant estimating feedback.

Experience/Qualifications

  • 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the construction/cladding industry
  • Class 5 Drivers License
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Keen eye for details
  • Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Deadline and detail oriented
  • Experience working with Excel
