We are currently seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team.

Position Summary

The Project Coordinator will support the successful execution of precast concrete projects from award through completion. Working closely with project managers, engineering, production, logistics, customers, and contractors, the Project Coordinator will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities from project kickoff through final delivery.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal departments.
  • Review project specifications, drawings, schedules, and contract requirements.
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate shop drawings, approvals, revisions, and submittals.
  • Work with production and logistics teams to schedule manufacturing and deliveries.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist with estimating, change orders, invoicing, and project closeout activities.
  • Identify potential scheduling or production issues and help develop solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records within company software and filing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • 2+ years of project coordination, construction administration, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience in precast concrete, construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with project management software and ERP systems is considered an asset.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications is preferred.
