Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Program Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing program operations, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong administrative skills, the ability to manage budgets, and experience in supervising staff. The Program Coordinator will work closely with various stakeholders to support program objectives and enhance overall performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage budgets, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
  • Supervise program staff, providing guidance and support to foster a productive work environment.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and preparing documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members and external partners to facilitate program activities and events.
  • Monitor program progress and outcomes, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on program status and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in program management or a related field.
  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Proficient in budgeting processes and financial management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
