This is not a typical guest service role. This is an operations-driven position with real responsibility
At Harmony, we run a high-performance, boutique vacation rental business. We work with premium homes, high expectations, and owners who trust us to operate at a professional level.
We are building a team of people who want more than a seasonal role.
People who want to grow, take ownership, and be part of something well-run.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be at the center of the guest and property experience:
- Supporting guests from booking through departure
- Solving real-time issues with calm, clear decision-making
- Coordinating with cleaning, maintenance, and inspections
- Ensuring homes are consistently delivered at a high standard
You are not just responding to messages.

Strong performers can move into:
- Property management & inspections
- Revenue management & pricing strategy
- Owner relations

We promote from within when possible.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need property management experience.
But you do need:
- Strong judgment and problem-solving ability
- High personal standards and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Organized, reliable, and self-directed
- Comfortable with basic tech and communication tools
Assets:
- Customer service or hospitality experience
- Local knowledge of Whistler
- Driver’s license
You must be able to legally work in Canada for at least one year.
The Reality of the Role
This is a fast-paced environment where things can change quickly.
You’ll be solving problems in real time and helping ensure guests have a smooth, well-managed stay.
If you enjoy staying organized, taking ownership, and seeing the direct impact of your work, you’ll do well here.
We work as a team and support each other, but this role is best suited to someone who is comfortable with responsibility and a dynamic workday.
Compensation & Perks
- $23–$26/hour based on experience
- 24–40 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling (3–5 shifts/week)
- Extended medical + $1,400 annual health credit
- Use of company vehicle
- Access to local activities and experiences
Why Join Harmony
We are a small, focused team.
We care about:
- Doing things properly
- Supporting each other
- Building something long-term
You won’t get lost here.
You will be trusted, challenged, and supported.
