Full job description

Mark Motors Group prides itself on being Ottawa and Gatineau's premium vehicle leader in both sales and service.

Come join our team our team as our Tower Operator.

Responsibilities

  • Work with technicians, department managers, and senior management to oversee and maintain the efficient operations of the shop.
  • Communicate any suggestions with the Service Manager to improve ability of meeting and exceeding service targets.
  • Pay close attention to technician work performance to bring any concerns to the Service Manager
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment, while remaining positive
  • Assign and remove work to and from Technicians
  • Regulate flow of Service work through department
  • Schedule shop work as efficiently as possible
  • Monitor the overall productivity of shop, number of production hours billed and efficiency
  • Follow all company and manufacturers’ policies, directives, and procedures
  • Comply with required health and safety regulations

Qualifications

  • Valid G drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Previous experience in similar role is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Salary range: $50000 to $55000 + bonus
