Manufacturing Support Lead (Hands-On + Growth Role)

Dickinson Manufacturing builds high-quality stainless steel marine products sold around the world. We are a hands-on, production-focused shop that values quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled metalworker who wants to move beyond machine operation and develop into a leadership role supporting production, quality, and warehouse operations.

This position combines:

  • hands-on machine work
  • helping organize production
  • Help maintain material flow, inventory accuracy, and production readiness
  • working closely with our Warehouse Manager

You’ll be working on machines while also helping keep the department running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate metalworking equipment (shear, cnc punch press, cnc laser, cnc press brake, hardware insertion, drilling/tapping)
  • Read drawings and produce quality parts
  • Help coordinate workflow between machines
  • Identify issues and prevent problems before they happen
  • Support the team to keep production moving
  • Work closely with Quality Control and Programming
