SALARY: Starting Salary Opportunity: $64 ,000 +
B ONUS : Bonus at Target $9 ,600

LOCATION: Toronto Office location , 5 days/week in office.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee & execute New Hire orientation including scheduling presenters, communicating with multiple stakeholders, to provide a positive employee experience
- Working closely with the People Team and Talent Acquisition team to schedule & coordinate onboardings
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and liaise between Hiring Managers, New Hires and HR/People Managers regarding onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage multiple time-sensitive tasks to ensure proper IT and Functional Onboarding for New Hires
- Conducting and analyze exit interviews/data
- Work on various projects to improve our onboarding and offboarding processes
- Provide feedback and identify opportunities for efficiencies of routine processes
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset
- Level of Education: Bachelor's Degree Required
- Knowledge of HRIS systems (General Workday knowledge is an asset)
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Applications

- Some previous Human Resources work experience is a plus, however junior/entry level candidates will be considered
