Job Title: Support Lead – Mid-Tier Java/AWS

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Style: Hybrid (2 days per week in-person at Toronto office preferred)

Skills: Digital : Amazon Web Service(AWS) Cloud Computing~Advanced Java Concepts~Incident Management Experience Required: 4-6

Key Responsibilities:

Lead mid-tier application support for critical systems Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in Java-based applications Monitor and manage AWS-hosted environments Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams Ensure SLA compliance and incident resolution Drive continuous improvement in support processes

Top 3 Required Skills:

  • Strong Java application support experience
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services
  • Production support and incident management

Top 3 Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in banking/financial domain
  • Monitoring tools (Splunk| AppDynamics| etc.)
