Full job description

Job Title: Sales & facility associate (In-Office)

Schedule: Part Time Role, 15-30hrs per week, Mon - Friday 9am - 5pm, Saturday 10am-4pm

Compensation & Perks

  • $19/hour base
  • 10% commission on all units & trucks
  • 15% commission on after-hours & civic holidays
  • Sales Contest: $100–$2,000+ per pay
  • Average earnings: $24–28/hr (top performers $35+/hr)
  • Some Civic holidays included

About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales & Facility Associate to join our in-office team at My Storage. This is a versatile, hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. An individual comfortable wearing different hats, such as interacting with customers, organizing the office, cleaning up around the facility and taking pride and ownership in a facility they oversee and run daily.

You’ll be supporting the business across sales, customer service, facility management and office admin — from answering sales calls and helping customers at the front desk, to assisting with reports, scheduling, and day-to-day office operations at a location.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound sales calls and follow up on leads
  • Assist customers in person with payments and move-ins
  • Support admin tasks (data entry, filing, reports, scheduling)
  • Help with office operations and site support
  • Organize the office, the facility and keep up standards and appearances across the board
  • check on location, help customers
  • Assist with basic marketing and advertising tasks

  • 2+ years in sales, admin, or customer service
