Job Overview
First Student Canada is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. In this role, you will represent our company, engage with the community, and promote our transportation services. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated candidates interested in marketing, sales, and customer engagement to develop their skills in a supportive environment. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse communities and enhance outreach efforts.

Duties

  • Conduct product demonstrations and informational sessions to showcase First Student Canada services
  • Engage with potential customers and community members to promote brand awareness
  • Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns professionally
  • Distribute marketing materials and gather feedback from the community
  • Collaborate with team members to develop creative strategies for outreach and engagement
  • Maintain a positive and professional presence at all times during public interactions

Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse audiences
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred to serve a broader community base
  • Experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
  • Excellent public speaking skills with confidence in presenting information clearly and engagingly
  • Ability to perform product demos confidently and professionally
  • Outgoing personality with a proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various community settings
