Fossil Group is currently seeking authentic and passionate Seasonal Sales Associates with an entrepreneurial sales driven spirit for our Vaughan Mills Watch Station location. Candidates' primary focus is promoting our brand while offering exceptional customer service. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Passion for customer service-outstanding communication skills.
  • Attention to detail coupled with high standards.
  • Flexible work schedule.
  • Previous Retail Experience preferred not required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performing operational tasks; Replenishment & Recovery of merchandise, overall Store Organization.
  • Meeting expectations of achieving Average Dollar Sale (ADS), Items Per Customer (IPC), and Stores Conversion Goals
  • Demonstrates and ensures embodiment of Fossil’s Core Values: Authenticity, Grit, Curiosity, Sense of Humor and Making an Impact.
  • Creates a Radical Customer Experience using selling skills and training materials.

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $17.60 per hour
