- Iterate quickly using sketches, roughs, and 3D block-ins to provide multiple directional options for the Art Director.
- Create polished concept art for characters, environments, and key moments.
- Generate a variety of 2D assets such as paint-overs, mood concepts, callout sheets, photobashed sketches, and portrait art.
- Produce art for pitch decks, Kickstarter campaigns, and other basic marketing materials as needed.
- Create in-game UI elements, including character portraits, icons and other 2D interface assets.
- Ensure art quality meets expectations and aligns with direction provided by leads.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a cohesive visual style throughout the project.
- Participate in pipelines, reviews, and collaborative production processes.
Education and Core Skills Requirements:

- Experience with Maya Blender or other 3D DCC packages is a strong plus / desirable.
Soft Skills:
- Strong sense of color, composition, and visual design.
- Ability to bring characters and environments to life with personality and clarity.
- Ability to take a concept from initial idea to final polished artwork.
- High creativity, imagination, and visual storytelling ability.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
