ABOUT PRICEPOINT

Pricepoint is a fast-growing Montreal startup building AI-powered software for hotels. We recently raised a $6.6M seed round and are scaling our team. Our platform helps lodging businesses optimize pricing and maximize revenue in real time.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to create qualified sales opportunities for Pricepoint.

This is a phone-first sales role. You will contact hotels, start conversations, qualify interest, and book discovery calls for Account Executives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Contact prospects by phone, email, LinkedIn, and CRM sequences
  • Communicate Pricepoint’s value clearly
  • Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Manage follow-ups and pipeline activity in the CRM
  • Segment and prioritize prospect lists
  • Handle objections professionally
  • Work toward monthly targets for calls, conversations, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • At least 1 year of cold calling experience in English
  • Strong spoken English
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
  • Organized, disciplined, and target-driven
  • Strong follow-up habits
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Understanding of pipeline, quota, qualification, value proposition, and KPIs
  • Reliable laptop and stable internet connection

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience as a BDR or SDR in SaaS
  • Experience selling to hotels, hostels, or hospitality businesses
  • Experience with hotel tech, travel tech, or B2B software
  • French, Spanish, Portuguese, or German language skills
  • Ambition to grow into an Account Executive role

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Success means consistently creating qualified sales opportunities.

You will be expected to book discovery calls, maintain clean CRM discipline, improve outreach conversion, and support Account Executives with qualified pipeline.

COMPENSATION

Base salary + uncapped bonus plan.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Nous recherchons un(e) BDR pour créer des opportunités de vente qualifiées pour Pricepoint.

C’est un rôle de vente axé sur le téléphone. Vous contacterez des hôtels, lancerez des conversations, qualifierez l’intérêt et planifierez des appels de découverte pour les Account Executives.

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ

  • Effectuer des appels sortants auprès de clients potentiels
  • Contacter les prospects par téléphone, courriel, LinkedIn et séquences CRM
  • Communiquer clairement la valeur de Pricepoint
  • Planifier des appels de découverte qualifiés pour les Account Executives
  • Gérer les suivis et les activités dans le CRM
  • Segmenter et prioriser les listes de prospects
  • Gérer les objections de manière professionnelle
  • Atteindre des objectifs mensuels liés aux appels, conversations, rendez-vous et opportunités qualifiées

CE QUE NOUS ATTENDONS

  • Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en vente
  • Minimum 1 an d’expérience en appels à froid en anglais
  • Excellent anglais parlé
  • À l’aise avec un volume élevé d’appels sortants
  • Organisé(e), discipliné(e) et orienté(e) résultats
  • Bonnes habitudes de suivi
  • Expérience avec des outils CRM
  • Compréhension des notions de pipeline, quota, qualification, proposition de valeur et KPI
  • Ordinateur fiable et connexion Internet stable
