Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our company. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in business development.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company strategy.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads, manage client interactions, and report on sales activities.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients to showcase our services.
  • Customer Service including answering calls and responding to email and chat inquires
  • In store sales

Skills

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
