Con-Tech General Contractors Ltd. is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and can successfully manage civil, industrial, infrastructure, and commercial projects from pre-construction through completion.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, field-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects from start-up to closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting
  • Coordinate field operations with Superintendents and site teams
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and procurement activities
  • Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope requirements
  • Monitor project productivity, costs, and quality control
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client expectations
  • Attend project meetings and provide progress reporting to management and stakeholders
  • Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting systems

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction
  • Experience in civil, industrial, municipal, or commercial construction preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and project controls
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience in Procore an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required
  • PMP, Gold Seal, or construction-related certifications considered an asset
