Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong Commercial background to join our team at a leading multinational construction company. With minimum of 10 years of experience, you will manage and oversee

high-profile, New Build, large-scale Demolition, Maintenance, and Repair projects, with a focus on demolition of tall structures, construction of silos, domes and tanks. Your role will be crucial to ensuring the successful completion of these projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. As part of a global team, you'll work on complex, innovative projects, many of which involve the specialized demolition and reparation of industrial structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead and manage demolition, maintenance, and repair projects

for concrete and steel chimneys, silos, domes, tanks, and demolition of tall structures. Ensure all project goals are met within scope, budget, and schedule.

Team Management: Lead and coordinate the site construction team, ensuring effective collaboration between site supervision, safety, scheduling, and administrative functions. Provide clear direction, support site leadership, integrates HSE into all activities, and ensures resources, communication, and responsibilities are aligned with project objectives. Promote a strong safety culture, resolves personnel and execution issues, and maintains accountability to deliver the project safely, on schedule, and meeting quality standards.

Budget & Cost Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost control, and timely billing. Identify and mitigate cost overruns and track financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Contract Negotiation: Ability to negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.

Cost Estimation: Accurate estimation of project costs, including materials, labor, and overheads, to create realistic budgets.

Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) is a plus.

· Experience: 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a senior role. Strong background with experience in

demolition, erection, and repair of concrete and steel chimneys, silos, domes, tanks, and other tall industrial structures is desired.

· Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, managing both technical experts and project teams to success.

· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to

interact effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and senior leadership across multiple regions.

Compensation:

· Base Salary: competitive, based on experience and qualifications.

· Bonus: performance-based bonus.

· Benefits: medical, pension, paid time off, and other employee benefits.

Pay: $120,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
